Solar Ireland joins Wind Energy Ireland and Energy Storage Ireland to deliver Renewable Energy Expo Ireland 2026
Renewable Energy Expo Ireland will bring Ireland’s wind, solar and energy storage sectors together at the RDS Dublin on 21–22 October 2026, creating a new national platform for collaboration, investment and project delivery.
Solar Ireland is proud to partner with Wind Energy Ireland and Energy Storage Ireland to jointly deliver Renewable Energy Expo Ireland 2026.
Taking place at the RDS Dublin on 21 and 22 October, the two-day event will bring together the organisations, technologies and decision-makers shaping Ireland’s renewable energy future.
It marks the first time Ireland’s wind, solar and energy storage sectors will come together under one roof at this scale, reflecting the increasingly integrated nature of the electricity system.
As Ireland moves from setting renewable energy ambitions to delivering projects, closer collaboration across the sector has never been more important.
One event, one renewable energy system
Wind, solar and energy storage each have a distinct role to play in Ireland’s transition to a cleaner, more secure and more affordable energy system.
However, they cannot be developed in isolation.
Wind and solar provide complementary sources of renewable electricity, while storage helps manage when that electricity is available and when it is needed. Grid infrastructure, market design, planning, technology and supply-chain capacity must also develop alongside generation.
