You’ll work closely with our Managing Director, engineering teams, suppliers, utilities, and on-site crews to keep schedules tight, budgets on track, and quality consistent across every workstream.

You’ll also play a key part in maintaining strong relationships with clients and making sure our projects meet the standards expected of a modern renewable energy company.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Building and maintaining project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and quality plans.
✅ Reviewing technical designs, SLDs, layouts, and MV network drawings to ensure compliance and constructability.
✅ Coordinating with utilities on grid connections, permits, MV switching, and energization.
✅ Overseeing procurement of PV modules, inverters, structures, MV equipment, and subcontracted services.
✅ Leading progress meetings, preparing reports, and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
✅ Working with HSE teams to maintain safe work environments and meet audit requirements.
✅ Managing subcontractors to ensure delivery meets timelines, quality expectations, and contractual terms.
✅ Running quality inspections, FAT/SAT processes, and commissioning activities.
✅ Tracking costs, preparing variations and claims, and supporting cash flow and invoicing.

Qualifications:
✅ A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
✅ PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
✅ Experience with MV electrical systems is an advantage.
✅ Deep familiarity with solar PV components, system design, and performance.
✅ Good understanding of MV systems, protection schemes, and grid-integration requirements.
✅ Strong ability to review technical drawings and work with MS Project or Primavera.
✅ Hands-on experience with EPC workflows, construction practices, and commissioning.
✅ 5–10+ years managing solar, electrical, or power-infrastructure projects.
✅ A clear track record delivering commercial, industrial, or utility-scale PV and MV projects.
✅ Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors effectively.

If you want to work in a growing renewable energy company that is expanding its delivery capability and taking on increasingly complex projects, we’d like to hear from you.
